Since we are going to be in Atlantic City reporting for the next five days or so, we are digging out interesting stories straight from the casinos. We thought this was a interesting alternative to the $100,000, over-the-top traditional wedding? Well now couples don’t have to fly to Las Vegas… They can get married practically in their own backyard – Atlantic City. Voted the “Best Dance Club 2010” by the Atlantic City Nightlife Awards, Boogie Nights is now offering weddings and wedding vow renewals. Boogie Nights offers a variety of ordained 70s and 80s characters that you can choose from to marry couples… Plus there are additional characters that can become part of the wedding party, including Michael Jackson and Madonna look-a-likes. When I asked if they would do gay weddings too, I was told they would follow the laws of the state. So I guess commitment ceremonies are welcome. Too bad I have no one to marry this weekend, but hey, who would be dumb enough to marry us here at Times Square Gossip anyway. But getting back to Boogie Nights, even the other Publicists at the other hotels tell me this club is hot. Boogie Nights is open every weekend on Friday and Saturday night and will be open on Sunday, February 14th for Valentine’s Day. If we can’t make it there this trip, I hope our friends at Resorts will invite us back very soon to see what everyone is talking about!
